Adult ADHD Coaching

Adult ADHD Coach in Columbus, OH

Helping adults in Columbus and beyond understand how their brains work — so they can show up for their lives, their work, and the people they love.

You're Working Harder Than Anyone Around You — And It Still Isn't Enough

You grab a set of keys from the counter and rush out the door — close to late, again. A few minutes after you arrive, your husband calls. Those are his keys. He can’t find any others. You check your purse and realize you have both sets.

Now you have to drive home so he can get to work.

It’s not just the keys. It’s the call. The look you’ll get when you pull up. The apology that doesn’t quite cover it. The twenty minutes of your day — and his — that just evaporated. And the quiet voice underneath all of it that says: I have to get this together.

If you know that feeling — not just the forgetfulness, but the ripple effect it has on the people you love — you’re in the right place.

Maybe you’ve been late to one too many meetings. Maybe you forgot something important — again — and the look on someone’s face said everything. Maybe you’ve started ten projects and finished none, and the pile of unfinished things follows you everywhere.

You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. But ADHD in adults is real — and without the right support, it can cost you:

✔ Your professional reputation and opportunities

✔ Your most important relationships

✔ Hundreds (or thousands) of dollars in ADHD Tax — late fees, lost items, missed deadlines

✔ Your sense of self-worth — because trying so hard and still "failing" is exhausting You deserve more than another generic productivity tip. You deserve a plan built for your brain.

An adult ADHD Coach in Central Ohio, Who Helps You Do It Your Way

If you’re an adult with ADHD, you already know the frustration of feeling capable but struggling to follow through, stay organized, or quiet the busyness in your head.

That’s where coaching comes in.

My role isn’t to fix you — you don’t need fixing. What you need is to understand how your brain is actually wired, because chances are you’ve spent years trying to do things the way everyone else does them. And that’s exhausting when your brain didn’t come with those instructions.

Together we figure out YOUR way. Not the way that works for most people. Not a generic productivity system. The way that makes sense to you — even if you’re the only person it works for.

Because the best way to do something is the way that makes sense to you…YOUR WAY.

When You Work with an Adult ADHD Coach, You Can:

✔ Finally understand WHY your brain works the way it does — and stop blaming yourself

✔ Build confidence by doing things YOUR way, not the neurotypical way

✔ Develop real strategies that stick — because they're tailored to you

✔ Show up more reliably for the people and commitments that matter most

✔ Reduce the mental clutter and overwhelm that follows you through your day

✔ Experience the calm and clarity that comes with a plan you actually trust

Most importantly: you’ll stop feeling like you’re always behind — and start feeling like yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy often focuses on healing the past and treating mental health concerns. Coaching focuses on the present and the future — helping you figure out what’s not working right now and building practical strategies to move forward.

Many people work with both a therapist and a coach at the same time.

If you’re ready to start figuring out what works for your brain and building momentum in your life, that’s exactly what coaching is for.

No. I work with adults whether they have a formal diagnosis or not.

Most of my clients do have a diagnosis, but many adults suspect they have ADHD and haven’t yet been evaluated — and coaching can be just as valuable either way. My expertise is in ADHD, but the work we do together — understanding how your brain works and building strategies that fit your life — is helpful for anyone who feels stuck, scattered, or like they’re working harder than the results show.

If that sounds like you, let’s talk.

Both options are available.

I work with many clients virtually on Zoom, so you can meet with me from anywhere. I also meet in person with local clients at my office in Columbus, Ohio.

Some clients prefer the convenience of virtual sessions, while others like coming into the office. We’ll figure out what works best for you.

It's Not a You Problem. It's a Strategy Problem. Let's Build Yours.

Most people who find their way to coaching will tell you the same thing: they waited too long. Not because they didn’t want help — but because asking for it felt like admitting defeat. Like one more thing they should have been able to handle on their own.

That feeling makes sense. It’s also the thing that keeps people stuck the longest.

Over time, the pattern starts to look familiar. You try a new planner, a new system, a new productivity app. It works for a little while… and then it stops. So you try something else. Same result.

Eventually, it stops feeling like a problem with a strategy and starts feeling like a problem with you.

And that’s the moment many people quietly give up on the idea that things could actually get easier.

You don’t have to get there.

Reaching out isn’t giving up on yourself. For a lot of people, it’s the first time they’ve ever really believed in themselves.
